terms of service

► By applying for a commission from I (Rythsuko) the artist, you (the client) are agreeing to the following terms below. If terms are not followed and I've contacted you already about them prior and terms are still not respected, you will be blacklisted, blocked, and outed.

Clients

I, The Artist

► agree to never use rythsuko's artworks for anything related to AI art generators, NFTs and cryptocurrency.► agree to only use your commission for personal use unless already paid for the commercial fee.► agree that you (the client) are allowed to repost/use your commissioned artwork(s) from me (the artist: Rythsuko) as long as you credit/link back to me (the artist: Rythsuko).► agree that any conversations only related to the commission will be documented as proof of transaction and reference for commission details.

► reserve all rights to the artwork created for the commissioner.► allowed to use the artwork created for the commissioner as portfolio work and examples.► have the right to refuse any commission request/work.► If I am unable to complete a commission at any time, you (the client) will be refunded the percentage % of work I've done so far.
( sketch > lineart > base-color > rendered ).
For example, if refunded at lineart:
you (the client) will be refunded 50% of the commission price.► Unless privacy fee is paid for I will most likely work on all commissions on livestream at twitch.com/rythsuko

Payments

► Payments/Commission types will be discussed when contacted directly through Twitter, Discord, or Email ([email protected])► Payments are upfront through a sent Paypal invoice (by Rythsuko) in USD only.► The client can choose to pay full amount or portions at a time. However, please keep in mind that the completed commission will not be given to the client until the commission is paid for fully.► All clients get 5 large revisions (revisions that disrupt the flow of work). Afterwards, the clients will be charged +$10-$25 USD per revision depending on how large the revision.
revisions during the sketch phrase do not count.► Deadlines are +$30 USD and will be treated as a top priority commission.
(Top priority meaning: this commission will be worked on first over normal orders.

Commercial Rights

► By paying for commercial rights, you are gaining permission to use your commissioned piece (from Rythsuko to you, the client) as: merch, prints, emotes, etc.
(items where you will receive money for with my artwork on it.)► Royalties can be discussed between you (the client) and I (the artist: Rythsuko).► Commercial rights are %100 the original base price and it can be applied to all available commissions.
